Your support of our ministry, a 501(c)3 organization, is primarily needed for three key initiatives:
- Leaders to Lead-Staffing: Goal is to hire a MINISTRY/Programming Director and maintain 45+ coaches on staff; without leaders, no ministry can be accomplished); Check out this video to hear from our STARS Family.
- Places to Play-Facilities: We are currently under a sub-lease with Alliance Volleyball Club in renting the Alliance Training Center. The club also rents approximately 12-15 different high school gyms, public and private, throughout Middle TN; without facilities, no ministry can be accomplished.
- Players to Play-Financial Assistance for Athletes: In the past 36 months, STARS Basketball Club has provided over $50,000 in scholarships to families who otherwise could not have participated with STARS Basketball.

STARS REACH
Launched in 2014 as Upward Stars-Nashville, the club has experienced exponential growth on an annual basis. In 2019, the club transitioned to STARS Basketball Club and adopted a new logo and new colors. There was no change in leadership, coaches, or culture. During 2019, the club expanded to 55 spring/summer teams, and continued to operate hubs in both Williamson County and Sumner County. In 2023, STARS Basketball projects to form 100 teams-club, summer, fall, and winter- and reach 5,000 athletes through tryouts, teams, developmental programming, camps, clinics, STARS Shooting Lab, & tournaments.
