STARS Basketball Club will host the HIGH SCHOOL HOOPS' LEAGUE (BOYS' & GIRLS Divisions) for high school players this fall! This is a terrific opportunity for area high school players to compete on the court before their upcoming school seasons!

Players will sign up individually and then be placed onto a team (NOTE: TSSAA Rule - No more than THREE STUDENTS, from the same school, can be placed on the same team).

**NEW this season:We will offer a JV and VARSITY Division for BOYS due to anticipated demand. Juniors and seniors are REQUIRED to choose VARSITY division when registering; freshman and sophomores are encouraged to play JV, unless athlete expects to play varsity during the 2020-21 season.

  • Dates (SIX Games): Sundays (9/13, 9/20, 9/27, 10/4, 10/18, & 10/25; skipping 10/11 due to WILCO Fall Break Weekend & Tentative EXPOSURE CAMP)
    • Games may tip as early as 5:00 p.m. (5:00, 6:15, 7:30)
    • Note: On 9/13, games may tip earlier as each team will have a 30 minute practice (**One-time practice!).
  • Location: Alliance Training Center (1850 General George Patton Drive, Franklin)
    • October schedule will take place at the TOA Sports Performance Center (formerly A-Game; 215 Gothic Court, Franklin)
  • Cost: Early registration price - $155 per player (if registered by 9/1)
    • Regular price - $170 (every athlete receives a reversible jersey)
  • Registration Deadline: Monday, September 7
  • Max. Team Size: 9 players (Stars' Coaches will be assigned to specific teams; NO weekly practices)
  • Game Format: Two 25-minute halves (50 minutes of game time!)
  • Media: Pictures, scores, & stat leaders posted on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Spectators/Fans: FREE (no admission charged)
  • TSSAA Officials

Safety Protocols/Guidelines:

Temperature Checks: Every person that enters the facility will have their temperature checked at the gate. Anyone that has a temperature of 100.4 or higher will NOT be permitted into the building.

Mask Requirement: All spectators are required to wear a mask. Players must wear masks coming into and out of the building and spectators must wear a mask upon entry and departure.

Teams/Fans Entry Times: Games will take place every hour. Teams/Coaches/Fans are permitted into the building 15 minutes prior to their team's game to help prevent overcrowding the courts.

Event Setup & Traffic Flow: We will have measures in place regarding the flow of traffic and seating to help keep social distancing throughout the facility.

Symptoms: Coahces/players/fans are expected to know CDC guidelines and be aware of symptoms of COVID-19. Anyone presenting symptoms of COVID-19 should stay home.
