Shooting Lab (Monday, July 6 through Sunday, July 12) - Session dates/times updated!
One athlete on one shooting machine - a shooter's workout!
Sessions open to boys and girls (Rising 5th Grade through college athletes!)
We will be releasing session dates/times weekly due to changes in facility usage each week (e.g. team practices, basketball camps, volleyball clinics, etc.).
We are excited to offer 120, one-hour sessions the week of July 6-12th! We have three registration options for your athlete:
  • Single Registration - $39
  • 5 Pack - $170
  • 10 Pack - $299
***SESSION PURCHASES DO NOT EXPIRE! WE WILL BE OFFERING SHOOTING SESSIONS YEAR-ROUND!
If registering for the 5 Pack or 10 Pack, you can schedule those sessions at any time. Our staff will record # of sessions attended.

*In fairness to all athletes, please do NOT reserve a session(s) unless you 100% plan on attending. If an emergency comes up, and we know they do, please strive to cancel any reserved session at least 24 hours in advance.
**Our goal is to add the weekly session dates/times on Friday, preceding the next week.
For example, we will release "Week of July 13th Session Dates/Times" on Friday, July 10th.

The Dr. Dish CT Shooting Machine features a 15.6" true touchscreen interface, 150+ on-demand workouts from professional trainers, AND the ability to build custom shooting drills that track individual and group stats! The Dr. Dish CT Shooting Machines are truly the next generation of basketball shooting machines for the next generation of ELITE SHOOTERS! Players will experience specialized training to maximize shot repetitions with instant instruction and feedback.

Our coaching staff will be on-site to provide coaching, feedback, and encouragement! Each session is ONE HOUR!! REPS, COACHING, REPS, COACHING, REPS, & FUN!

Ted Quinn (current STARS Coach & veteran college coach) will serve as the Shooting Lab Director. (Note: Coach Lance Akridge and Coach Sam Moran will lead a few sessions as well)

A veteran coach and growth-minded leader with more than 25 years of experience in talent development, team building, culture change, strategy execution, and character growth.

NOTE: Due to Covid-19, we do have safety guidelines/protocols in place.
  1. Upon registering, we will email you the "Health Questionnaire" form." This completed/signed form is your "entry ticket" to the facility. As parents/guardians are allowed to watch, this form must contain ALL names of the people entering the building.
  2. This form must be provided EACH time you enter the facility and serves as your athlete's "entry ticket" into the facility.
  3. Athletes and family members can only enter the facility 5 minutes before session start time.
  4. Athletes/parents (guardians) are required to enter through the MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR.
  5. Athletes/staff will enter ONE AT A TIME.
  6. Athletes/staff will remain 6 feet away from others entering the facility.
  7. Athletes/staff will sanitize hands before going to their designated shooting machine (hand sanitizer provided).
  8. Water fountains are closed; PLEASE bring your own water bottle(s)/sports drinks
  9. Basketballs will be cleaned/rotated after each shooting gun session.
  10. Parents (guardians) are allowed inside the building to watch. Again, all names must be included on the Health Questionnaire form.
  11. Before exiting the building, athletes will again be required to use hand sanitizer (provided)
  12. Athletes and/or parents (guardians) will exit through doors designated as such.
  13. Floors are cleaned nightly.
  14. Restrooms are closed.
